If people are asking for a life story that could make them realize that negativity is not the end of things, then Mayra Veronica’s could be a very qualified one. Mayra Veronica, before becoming an established musician, underwent some rough times in her life. She had to make ends meet and now, she has been pretty successful in her career.
Aside from being a musician, Mayra is also involved in some humanitarian work. She does Tours with the USO, an activity organized by the United Services Organization (USO) which supports the troops of the U.S.A. Mayra is currently the spokesperson for the aforementioned organization.
Currently, her latest single, If You Wanna Fly, is scorching up the dance charts of Billboard with the single landing in the Top 10 of both Billboard Hot Club Dance and Billboard Dance Radio Play charts. The single also gained some success in the AOL Top Dance Radio charts by being in the Top 10 for 14 weeks.
What do I think about Mayra Veronica’s If You Wanna Fly? I think it is a very decent track that meshes pop and rock elements with relevant ease. The track can make some people dance alright and the overall polish of the track contributes in adding that upbeat vibe which 21st century dance tracks rely on to attract some listeners.
The sad part (or happy, whichever you prefer) is that a pop/rock version exists. This pop/rock version is what I prefer more, to be honest with you. The overall polish of the track makes it more suitable to everyone. I do think that the pop/rock version is more radio-friendly as well. Still, one cannot deny that both versions are actually good.
Haven’t listened to any of the versions of If You Wanna Fly? Do not fret! They are included in this post for your listening convenience.
This is the pop/rock version of If You Wanna Fly which I prefer more than . . .
the dance version. Sadly, I just could not see myself liking this version and dancing along with it.
Which of the two versions do you prefer? Let me know by posting your comments!
The Pop/Rock version of If You Wanna Fly is now available digitally! The links are included for your pleasure.
