One of the most solid Girls Aloud members in terms of vocal prowess, Nadine Coyle (no, not Miss Tweedy), has been making some heads turn lately after she announced that she will be releasing her debut single as a solo artist entitled Insatiable which actually is also the title of her debut album.
As said in my post which basically organized my thoughts about this single from Nadine, the vocals are the main attraction in the single. What makes things even sweeter is the instrumentation done. The track does not sound like a rip-off of a Guetta-produced track at all.
The single was written by the songstress herself plus Guy Chambers. Insatiable does not hop onto the ‘cheap dance tracks’ bandwagon and ends up as a much-welcomed product loaded with fresh air. A solid (an understatement but could not think of a better term) track in terms of the vocals.
Salvation has indeed arrived.
