Selena Gomez & The Scene’s upcoming album was supposed to be named Otherside but I guess things have changed. Selena has unveiled, via Twitter, the official album artwork for her upcoming album which now is called When The Sun Goes Down. The Who Says songstress sports fashion that seems to be reminiscent of the 20s.
